We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We do not offer reverse pick-up. You would need to send the products back to us within 7 days from the delivery date at your own expense.
All returnable products should have its original packing, labels & tags intact. It should be unused and in a sellable condition.
No Return for customised products.
How can I return the products?
- You can email us at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving the product. Please mention your order number and the product image you want to return in the email.
- For all pin codes, you would need to send the products back to us at your own expense.
When will I get my refund?
- Once we receive the return, the product(s) will go through a quality check
- After the product passes the quality check, we will issue a refund to the original mode of payment
- It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account
What if I have received a defective product?
We are super diligent about our quality checks. In a rare case if you receive a wrong or defective product, please email us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include your order number and clear images of the received product in the email.
Do you offer an exchange of sizes?
The exchange option is not available. Nevertheless, you can always return eligible products within the return period and place another order for the size you need.
How can I cancel my order?
- The products can be cancelled until the order is shipped
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in case you want to cancel your order. Please include the order number and the product(s) you wish to cancel in the email
Good to know:
- Product measurements can vary by 1-2 inches since the method of taking measurements is variable
- Product images are professionally clicked due to which sometimes the colour of the actual product may vary from the image
- In case a product is missing from your shipment please email us within 24 hours of the receipt of the shipment for us to investigate further
